  Proses Tasarımı

Konsept tasarım, Temel Mühendislik ve FEED/Detay Mühendislik tarafında uzman proses mühendislik bölümümüzle endüstriyel tesis/ünite veya ekipman bazında proses hesapları, analizleri ve simulasyonları oluşturarak proses tasarımı ihtiyaçlarınızlarınızda optimum çözümler üretmekteyiz.

Proses Tasarım faaliyetlerimizden bazıları aşağıdadır.

-Reactor sizing and re-scaling (multiphase catalytic PFR, CSTR or in-between) according to the available kinetic / operational data
- Column sizing (distillation, azeotropic distillation, absorber, stripper, scrubber), flasher, 3-phase separator, liquid-liquid settling drum
- Process design of atmospheric, low/high pressure storage tanks and vessels
- Heat exchanger sizing (Shell&tube, air cooler and air heater)
- Pump capacity, head, estimated motor rated power, NPSH_av and estimated NPSH_req.
- Fan affinity calculations (Head vs. capacity, power at different impeller diameter and rpm)
- Preliminary compressor sizing
- Line sizing of gaseous and liquid phase fluids according to the pressure drop and/or velocity criteria
- Selection of PSV type and sizing of inlet and outlet PSV lines (as per API RP 520 and 521)
- Air receiver / buffer tank sizing
- Economic evaluation (NPV, IRR, ROI, sensitivity analysis etc.)
- Fire relief load corresponding to LP storage tanks
- Hazardous area - determining zone identification and volume (according to EN60079)
- Flange rating: Determining the suitable rating for the given design temperature and pressure (according to ASME B16.5)
- Heat loss from pipe (to determine suitable thickness of a selected insulation material)
- Liquid or vapor service control valve preliminary sizing
- Orifice sizing (as restriction orifice for a single phase fluid)
- Vent sizing according to API 2000
- Pneumatic conveying calculations
- Relief valve preliminary orifice sizing (considering the causes of overpressure)
- Surge analysis
- Temperature profile through multiple layers of refractory and insulation materials
- Two-phase flow calculation
- Estimation of viscosity for blends
